Lifes a Beach

Here Caragan and Cade play in the ocean at Clearwater Beach. They had a blast, as did we all.

The sand is soft, nice and cool and as beautiful as can be. Caragan enjoyed being buried in it.

So, we go to the beach and cant find Cade's swimming trunks. Ending up buying him a pair on Disney Property.....ouch. $18. Where was Wal-Mart when I needed him????? In the background of this picture is Pier 60.

The Old Salty Dog @ Siesta Key Florida

We went to Siesta Key Florida and ate at the Old Salty Dog. You might of heard of it. Adam from Man vs Foods went to Old Salty Dog in Sarasota and ate a Salty Dog. Greg and Renda Fisher went to the one in Siesta Key and had a salty dog. Long hot dog, dipped in beer batter and deep fried. YUMMY. I loved Siesta Key. The vibe was amazing. Lots of people, just hanging out, enjoying life walking in the quaint little area. I would go back here anyday!!!!!!

Clearwater Beach Florida

Clearwater Beach Florida October 2010! This picture was taken just a few yards South of the famous Pier 60. It is beautiful here as I hope you can tell from this picture. We were not there 10 minutes and saw 10 dolphins so close to the shore that I could not believe it. Tried to take pictures but they were way to fast!!!! We swam in the ocean and played in the sand. It was awesome. I cant wait to go back. The water was clear and warm and the waves were gentle.

American Girl Doll Atlanta Georgia

Here we are in Atlanta Georgia. October 2010!!!! We totally suprised Caragan with this. She had NO idea. It was great. saw the sign before Caragan did and started yelling, Caragan, it's the American Girl Doll Store. She freaked out and we had the best time. Left $50.oo poorer, but one little girls dream come true. Totally worth it.

Early Spring in the Ozarks

These pics were taken behind my brother in law and sister in laws house. They have lived here all of their lives and I was always envious of them as a child because I was fascinated with the creek. I swam in that same water hole that my child is throwing rocks in when I was here age w/my sister in law Missy. These pics are of my beautiful daughter Caragan. She is 10 years old and brings my heart more joy then she could ever imagine.

The lows have been in the teens and the highs in the 20's and sometime's if we are very very lucky the 30's for months now. It's really starting to wear on everyone I talk to. We are just plain sick of it. So, I wanted to share this picture with everyone letting us all know, this is someone's hangout. Wow, I wish it were mine. I'm not sure where this photo was taken, but the person that took it was certainly blessed to be on that beautiful beach. Hope this brings a little warmth to those of us that are cold.
