What a beautiful way to spend the last day of the year of 2009. Destin Florida beach sunset. The next time the sun looked like that, it would be the year 2010. A year of new beginnings, new hopes, new dreams while old ones are laid to rest. What a beautiful evening we spent. Goofing around watching the kids get wet in 50 degree weather wondering if they would catch their death of colds. They are fine, and I have the memories of this beautiful sight and this beautiful time. I don't know why the ocean attracts me but I just feel so peaceful next to the water. It gives me the feeling of "what really matters" the tide will come in and go out no matter what happens. It's a bit of time standing still to me, yet never ending.
