Caragan and Cade, during the Christmas morning flurry of unwrapping gifts. I thank God that my family is alive and healthy and that we know the true meaning of Christmas and how very special and important the significance of the day is. I strive to make my children understand to pass these traditions of thankfulness and celebration of Jesus birth to their children so that all this is not lost in tomorrow's society. I love my kids so very much and I thank God for them.

Christmas morning. I remember the anticipation. When I was a kid at home with my 2 sisters and my parents I remember literally waking up in the middle of the night going into my parents room Christmas morning and asking if we could open our presents. I remember mother saying, no...it's to early, go back to bed. Yeah right.....it was Christmas morning. Hello, we would go back to our room and 6 or 7 minutes later, we were asking again, until our poor parents got up and Christmas morning got under way. I don't have that feeling inside anymore on Christmas morning, but I remember it and try and make my childrens Christmas special, like my parents made it for me.

A trip to the city and a deer in the yard.

So, we take a trip to the city and my sister has a pet deer in the yard. I think that's pretty neat. Fat thing is corn fed and sleeps underneath their bedroom window. How cute. They have not touched it yet, but as the picture shows, they can get pretty close to it.

Kindergarten blues or kindergarten rules?????

The first picture is of us leaving Cade in his class on the first day. I miss him so much. I miss Cargan too, but I have not had Caragan with me every single day for the last 6 years and I have had Cade. He loves Kindergarten and I am so glad, but my days are strange. I will be honest, Greg and I are kinda lost without the kids. I am getting more accomplished which is nice, but I know when school starts the years fly and they get older, and I get older and the world does not stop. Caragan is in the 5th grade this year and is doing great, although that's nothing new, she excells in all she does. I love my family so much.
